 | 08/28/2008 We will be closed Sat-Mon for Labor Day. I hope everybody enjoys a long weekend!! Our new Omaha Store opened August 1st. Our existing Omaha office at 129th Street is now our corporate office. Our new store is at 2918 S 84th, just north of I-80 by Shopko. | 07/07/2008 I counted and we received over 50 calls Monday. All of the calls were answered within 2 rings. Those are amazing numbers in our industry. You'd be suprised how many numbers we measure and improve upon on a day to day basis. All to keep us better connected with our customers.

| 06/27/2008 Every repair job we do comes with flat rate pricing up front and a follow up call up to 60 days to readdress any problems that may have resurfaced after the fact. In the office, our estimate fee starts at $39 for desktop pcs which is applied towards the repair if you choose go ahead with the repair. We always offer pickup, delivery and setup for no extra charge.
